Greyduck Creative is seeking a Motion Design Apprentice for a 6-month contract. You’ll assist the Motion Designer with creating engaging animations and motion graphics, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
Assist the Motion Designer in developing motion graphics for a variety of projects, including explainer videos, social media content, and marketing materials.
Help prepare storyboards, style frames, and animations under the guidance of the Motion Designer.
Learn and apply motion design principles, including timing, transitions, and typography, in real-world projects.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs meet client objectives and brand standards.
Take feedback and revise designs accordingly, continually improving skills throughout the apprenticeship.
Stay informed on the latest motion design trends and software updates.
Manage personal project deadlines while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of motion design.
Strong creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with a team.
A portfolio showcasing any relevant work or motion design studies is a plus.
